No Fast Food found here!

Photobucket

I love old doors. This one I found back in 2006 in October in a small village in Liguria in Italy. The village is called Costa Bacelega. To get up to the village you will have to drive up a winding trail going through olive orchards. To get up safe and sound be sure to announce your presence on every turn by honking your horn to warn any approaching vehicle in advance not to crash into you. There is about 20 people living in that village of which only 2 at the time were kids. There is no such thing as fast food there. There is only one Trattoria, if you want Milena to cook you something you will have to go there the day before and make a reservation for the following day. Right after you made your reservation she will start preparing the meal of your life. It was 13 courses for us with whatever she and her husband could pick harvest and hunt in the forest and orchards around this fine little village.
